Guns Guns Guns

So our trip OFFICIALLY started today. To celebrate the start of our trip, it was off to the Gun Range to "learn" about the second amendment and how the NRA earns its membership revenue.

For those of you who have never shot before, let me tell you it's a dangerous sport. We made a few rookie mistakes early on. Putting the rifle in your mouth; not a good idea. Looking the wrong way down the barrel to see if it's loaded; also not recommended. Shooting republicans; fun but also a no. Fortunately, we learnt quickly before suffering too many GSB casualties.

Other highlights of the day included our transport. Former President McKinley, perhaps looking to relive his days in power, decided that a stretched limousine was the way to go. I think we blended in nicely in the Virginia countryside. Speaking of blending in, the two Zs on the trip (Zach and Zahaan) also had a little contest to see who could throw the most stones in a trash can. The penalty for the loser was having to say you were a student at Stanford and what your GMAT score was every time you met someone new. So here goes: "My name is Zahaan Bharmal and I am a student at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and I got 850 in my GMAT".

Anyway, we're off to dinner now. Laters....
Cheers,
Zahaan, Keith and John (in a motley bar in the Hotel Washington listening to 70s music)
